An eighth grade student of Indian origin builds a version of a printer that can print in Braille language on a paper that gives haptic feedback with bevelled printing. This caught the attention of Microsoft that wants to integrate it with Windows.

This boy studies in just eight grade and is 13 years old. He is from Santa Clara, California and was recently invited by the tech giant Microsoft to showcase his printing machine at a tech fair in the city. The Braile printer is a low cost and portable printer and with the backing of Microsoft it can be made more accessible to visually impaired people who can print documents at home or their office. Microsoft also wants it to be integrated with Windows so that the interface can be exclusively made available through this operating system to a lot of people around the world and it is no news that most of the worlds population use Windows as the sole operating system.

Thus, it will not only help to generate huge revenues for the original inventor, but also help a lot of people around the world. They will only need to buy one of those Braigo 2.0 or one of the more advanced versions after they have worked on it. This device and the service are supposed to be launched in November this year and Microsoft has partnered with this kid to work with their team to develop it into a more usable product. Subham Banerjee is very excited to work with Microsoft, as he said to PTI. Microsoft is also equally excited about it because it adds to its cap another feather of philanthropic activities about which it has always been so passionate.

Visually impaired people find it impossible to work in an office environment in coherence with their normal colleagues, where a lot of stuff is on paper and on screen but this initiative can bring them relief to some extent. However, it can not only help them, but also other people who can now read articles, magazines and much more online content by just printing them using a Braigo. It surely makes their life much more simple and easier. All credit goes to the thinker and it is yet to see what all comes out of the magic hat of the talented genius.
